Diana Faifer is joining UNU-CRIS as an intern through the University Gent where she follows a Master in Educational Sciences. Ms. Faifer is interested in educational research on the best possible learning experience for students following a Sustainable development course in higher education institutions. More precisely she wants to investigate in which ways a portfolio can be used as an innovative learning tool in teaching SD courses, taking in consideration the specific characteristics of the learners.

Diana Faifer holds a bachelor diploma in Psychology and Social work from the University Petre Andrei Iasi (Romania) (1997-2001) and also a bachelor diploma in Pedagogy from the University Al.I.Cuza Iasi (Romania) (1999-2003). Between 2001 and 2003 she gained professional experience as an associate teacher at the Teacher’s Training Department from the Technical University Gh.Asachi from Iasi. After having moved to Belgium she started a Master in Educational Sciences in 2007.
